We hope you will be really happy with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item this can be done within 30 days, so long as the item has been unworn, is still in a saleable condition and still has the labels attached. Please note we are unable to refund or exchange an item without a receipt and the refund will only be made to the original payer. If the item was purchased from one of our independent stockists please contact the retailer directly about your return or exchange.
To return an item please contact us by email email@example.com to confirm that you are returning the item. Note that unless an item is faulty we cannot refund the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. We also recommend you obtain proof of posting from the post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to pikolo. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability at time of picking exchange once items have been returned. If an exchange is not available you will be refunded.
